Requirements:
- NFSC Unlimiter by nlgzrgn: https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/846 (NFSC Car Array Patch by rx (https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/834) might also work, but it wasn't tested)
- NFSC Extended Customization by Archie: https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/1798
- Binary v2.8.0 by MaxHwoy: https://nfsmods.xyz/mod/1638

Installation:
- Run Binary as an administrator, click on red (User Mode) icon, then pick A110S19.end and look for NFSC game directory (ignore the errors if there are any)
- With NFS VltEd, click File - Open and choose NFSC game directory, then click File - Import - ModScript and pick A110S19.nfsms. Save it.
