MW&C style nos for Prostreet

I don't know if anyone do it first......anyway I'll do this
ok,in short the nos system now being like in Most Wanted or Carbon,this mean it will longer than default but not so powerful for every stage
S1 to S3 being like pro to ultimate,while S4 is ultimate with junkman
for same stage but different brands,it will be like in default setting,in high,or in low like what Carbon show its nitro partoption in NFS-Vlted.
also I add nos stages so you will got 3,5,7,9 times to use nos instead of 1,2,3,4
