NFSC Physics Framerate Changer (Better Car Physics)

This mod simply changes the HZ of the physics(and the entire game?) of carbon.

This makes everything in the game smoother, You don't need a 60+ HZ monitor for this but if you do you will see huge improvement.
Without a 60+ HZ monitor you will still notice things such as the drift force being applied much smoother to the car.

No Known Bugs

Final Version: Now uses accurate timescale.
