UPD 1, 21/07/2022 - Removed walls at Harris Road beach near Ripley's Point ( collision still remains, to prevent possible abuse during certain MP event )

Almost all of the alleyways were opened
Callahan rail track now has no wall blocking the path
Garages now have fixed floor collision
Drivable Areas:
Construction site near McClane (I92 South)
Pier Area in McClane (Lorenzo Avenue)
Pier Area in Downtown (Beltway South)

Installation:
(make backup copy of original HAWAII folder in case)
Unpack the archive into the game's folder replacing original files

Built and tested on latest Origin version of the game, might not work with older(pirated) game versions.

@Ponter This makes the game crash in the race "Jumping Jacks" when climbing the dirt ramp in the construction site to jump over the highway. Always crashes at that spot. Probably in other races as well. Had to uninstall.

Really nice ! Can you make anoter mod to make the mountains/grass behind the guardrails driveable too ? Except in multiplayer maybe
