GMC Savana (SSV) (Addon v1.0.1)

The GMC Savana (and its cousin the Chevrolet Express) is known to be used by every major police departments across the country mainly used for prison transportation, special package transportation and mobile command center. The Rockport Police Department however, has somehow perfectly tuned this vehicle to meet the criteria of being an official police pursuit vehicle, being able to catchup with most of the city's local street racers. The question remains is how effective is it against the city's blacklist members?
