PS VITA ONLY!!!!! Modded vehicle list to use cop and limited edition cars on Multiplayer

What this has over the vanilla file is: All limited version of cars added, all cop cars with the exception of the slim jim srt8 because it wont work and the swat van so people wont possibly use it in a malicious way to troll online. This way you can play with these cars now on multiplayer while before you could only use them on singleplayer with my previous mod. A massive shout out to Ponter aka PantherFD for helping me with the hex editor(i hate hex editing) and to Danz for his car list ID
Instructions are included in the rar file.

do you have the base/original vehicle list? I've made a mistake while installing it :/
