v3.0 List of changes!
1. E3 World Map Layout:
- Stairs in Lagoon Trail are now available to drive on
- One house driveway in Lagoon Trail has been unlocked
2. Pursuit & AI:
- There are 2 Dispatches in Redview County now, one is Vanilla, the second is E3. However, the E3 Dispatcher won't be as active as the main one
- A few Helicopter Vanilla VO were replaced with E3 lines
- Charger, Viper, LFA & One -77 Patrol versions are now out of duty and were replaced with Enforcer versions
- Increased Cops roaming in Redview County, more chances with them being in packs like in E3
- A bit more Racers roaming around in Redview
- AI Racers are more eager to challenge each other during freeroaming
- Heat has been unlocked for racers, now they're able to reach Heat Level 99
- You're able to earn a max of 99k SP if you bust a racer with Heat 99
- Reduced Cooldown time from 20 to 15 seconds
3. Engine & Other Car Sounds:
- New E3 McLaren P1 // 12C Sound
- New E3 Viper TA // GTS Sound
- New E3 Porsche 911 GT3 Sound
- Improved accuracy of Nissan GT-R E3 Engine Sound + New E3 Idle Sound
- New E3 Idle & Ignition Sound for Koenigsegg Agera R
- New E3 Ignition Sound for Ferrari F12berlinetta
- New Pop exhaust sound effects for Huayra
- New Pass By sound for Lamborghini Gallardo LP 560-4
- The Koenigsegg Agera R Turbo sounds are now louder
4. Graphic Improvements:
- Partially recreated the VE Dusk Forest graphics from E3
- Improved the VE Dusk Coastal graphics to make it resemble a little bit of E3 Dusk Coastal
- New Racer Hideout Graphics
- New Sunset/Dusk Sky textures for Coastal & Forest areas
- Wet road tire trail Texture is back
- Improved car wetness during rain
- Now police lights cast light on top of the car
- Added wind evaluation for Wave splashes, they should be able to touch the ground more
- More thick smoke during drifting
- More thick damage smoke when your health is in a critical state
- More thick dirt and smoke when the helicopter is close to the ground
- More thick wave splashes on the Driftwood roads
5. UI/HUD:
- New E3 Fonts
- New E3 Intro look when you boot up the game
- New E3 Map texture
- New SFX E3 UI sounds
- New Cooldown/Bust E3 textures
- New Busting AI racer E3 textures
- New EasyDrive text & list E3 look
- New Health UI look for AI Racers and Cops
- New E3 Cop GPS Mini-Map color
- Greatly improved E3 Racer & Cop HUD
- Improved E3 Racer license plate
- More accurate E3 Police Badge/Heat and rank color
- Traffic cars now have their own mini map icon
- Icons on the mini map are the same size as in E3 for the racer side
- Now the Cop Mini Map road layout is a bit bigger
- The closest events on the mini map won't show up anymore
- Moved the map player list to the "All Drive Settings" section
- Replaced Xbox console buttons with PlayStation
- Removed Map button filter background

- Added 3 additional E3 Race Soundtracks by Vanesa Lorena to the Race Playlist

Objective Completed - 500 SP
Perfect NOS Score - 500 SP
Vanilla:
Perfect Turbo - 200 SP
Perfect Spikestrip - 200 SP
Objective Completed - 1,000 SP
Perfect Nitrous Score - 200 SP
- Modified the speed of SP gain during drifting,
- Drift SP score will show up after you have gained at least 100 SP
- SP Multiplier for racers side has been unlocked, now you're able to reach X 11
- Heat LVL for racers side has been unlocked, now you're able to reach Heat LVL 99
- On both factions, when you're using a Tier 4 car, sometimes in freeroam or events, Tier 4 and Tier 3 Racers will drive or race at the same time
8. Pursuit Tech:
- New Turbo Sound
- New 3 Spikestrip Sounds
- New EMP Fail sound
- Helicopter sounds are a bit louder
9. Damage Model:
- Much improved scratches and dirt for F12 and Agera R, like in E3
- Extended damage for Pagani Huayra
- New E3 Crash SFXs

- (For now) Tier 2 Cars are now Heat 4, Tier 3 = Heat 8, and Tier 4 = Heat 12

- More accurate Koenigsegg Agera R blinkers
- Modified Exhaust grille textures for F12 Berlinetta, closer to E3
- 8th Gear for racers doesn't exist anymore
- Over 40 Vanilla string texts have been replaced with E3 ones
- Fixed a Vanilla issue where the Vehicle Damage Critical Computer sound sometimes sounded too high-pitched

Mod:
- Partially recreated the VE terrain graphics from E3, but it's not a 1:1 replica (Only Coastal Sunset for now)
- Fixed the HBAO AO graphics option and tried to closely match it from the E3 build as much as possible(Only Coastal Sunset for now)
- New E3 Road Reflections are back, they can be seen for a limited time, from Sunset, Dusk, Night, Dawn, to Sunrise. Coastal and Forest Area
- New E3 Road Reflections in the snowy area is visible 24/7 (Because if the E3 graphics had stayed the same until release, Reflections in the Mountains area would have been 100% the same as in the Coastal and Forest area)
- Now the Gallardo LP 560-4 & Aventador 700-4 undercover cop cars are available in the Racer Hideout
- New Engine Sound for: F12, Aventador, Agera R & GT-R
- "Car Repaired" & "Vehicle Damage Critical" E3 Computer voice has been added
- New E3 Loading Screen Theme

- before you go head to head with the player or AI you will see the text "Challenge"
- When you are in a hideout or command post, the text in the lower-left corner will say: Exit Garage
- New E3 bottom texts during the chase and when the chase will be over:
(Racer) "Suspect has evaded pursuit, return to duty"
(Cop) "Suspect is escaping...", "Suspect arrested, other units stand down", "Suspect has evaded pursuit, return to duty"
- New "Escaping" E3 Color
- New Police Lights Flares

If possible could you make a version that doesn't have the AI changes or include the .fbproject files so other users can do it themselves
