BMW M240i (G42)

Replaces BMW 1M (Terminal Velocity DLC required).
To install, drag and drop VEH_2196065_HI and VEH_2196065_LO.BNDL into the install directory\VEHICLES folder.

Some issues:
No reverse light (i'm lazy)
Model's shading is awful
Light textures are a bit weird
Driver position is off by a couple inches

@KingFlow16K you can't convert sounds from other games yet as far as i know, but i'm sure it'll be possible in the future...
i don't know how to do the lights yet, not many people do
