installation: drop the files in vehicle files folder into VEHICLES folder of the game

Bugs: no found bugs but if you find one please writte in the comments and i try to fix it in a update

It would also be nice if someone could make a weather system in the game and a cool down areas cuz we don't have a weather only we roads similar to NFS mw 2005 but NFS mw 2005 have raining in it
