Correct Challenger Widebody Offsets

This took like 1 minute to fix. I don't know why the existing width offset is so small, but my guess is it was configured before the kit was final and they didn't know just how wide they were going with it. Enjoy, since this thing is much nicer to look at now.

Quick warning: I use a section of an overhaul mod which uses re-built car models to fix the errors present in literally all of the PC versions of the default models. This comes with some other issues like breaking the offsets of some cars, so this mod may not be quite accurate. If you want me to re-do this, or do another car, I have an unmodded backup copy of the game stored online so I can do that for you.
