When we have the Collector's Edition unlocker provided with a patch or the Extra Options, this won't be needed.

Also, there are various race tracks in the game locked to the CE... plus 10 pre-tuned cars and 35 vinyls. (The vinyls won't be easily made available outside the CE, I imagine.)
