NFS Heat's M3 GTR with actual Heat sound

Features/bugs:
* metallic paint
* glowing interior dashboard
* nfs heat sound (missing whine though)
* proper race car interior
* working headlights and taillights,
* replaces ABSTRACT livery (shouldn't affect car itself and cause crashes).

Installation:
1. backup your own files,
2. copy 2277276.BNDL to root\UI\IMAGES\STREAMED folder,
3. copy VEH_2277238_HI.BNDL & VEH_2277238_LO.BNDL to root\VEHICLES folder.
>Optional (Sound, replaces Hero vinyl with same metallic paint as Heat M3) -> copy VEH_393276_HI & VEH_393276_LO to root\VEHICLES folder.

** whole light.dds is wrong . i mean read binko tutor and check all channels

* headlights at certain day-time glow red while braking i got no clue how to fix this atm,
light file -> photoshop -> red channel and alpha channel check headlights
