Hood Decal Restriction Remover

The main purpose of this mod is fix hood decal tab in custom/cf hoods.
This mod does NOT fix decal positions. Only enables hood decal tab. Some decals may appear broken.

INSTALLATION:
-Extract ZIP
-Open Binary v2.8.3
-Choose "User Mode"
-Choose "Setup.end"
-Choose an action which one do you want to do
-Save Files

The Hoods now don't seem to add any stars after leaving the Customs shop, I take it this is a sideffect of this mod right?

@Fred actually i didnt understand anything "what did you mean?", if you tell with more details your problem i can help you (binary problem, ingame etc.)

In my game dosen't work, and I will use the custom capo with the decal and disable the decal
