A pretty simple but requested mod, this darkens the police wrap to appear more undercover and successfully turns the rims black completely (meaning they won't change back into their normal color when driving like most other texture swaps)
Also included a optional sound I made for myself but if you want to change up things can enjoy too. This sound is a combination of the 458 engine sound from 2015 and the Beck Kustoms exhaust sound from 2015.

REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR VEHICLE FILES BEFORE INSTALLING!!!

Installation Instructions:
To install the vehicle wrap, copy VEH_1065312_MS.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
To install the new sound, copy VEH_1065312_EN.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
From then on, you should be all set
Note: Skin and Sound mods don't affect performance at all nor do they affect gameplay as your car is normal for everyone without the mod. If someone tells you a texture mod and sound mods give you a performance advantage, chances are they're an idiot.

emissive issue, not sure why it causes that since i never edited the emissive texture lol, or maybe a mipmapping mistake...

it would seem undercover skin makes pink glitch texture like "POLICE" text at front and back and side as well
