Blacklist Car Reward Improvement
Description
Most of the time blacklist members' cars are not fully upgraded according to player's unlocked parts. This mod upgrades the blacklist members' cars at the same level as the parts player unlocked so when you win their car you will get a slightly better car, I didn't notice much difference when racing against them. For example Sonny have brakes upgrade since player already unlocked them. Mod also affects the bonus cars in the Quick Race menu. You probably need a new save file for the mod to work since it does not affect cars in your garage.
Two complete sets of Junkman markers in Career mode is another blacklist reward fix by oldmanjenkis that's recommended to use with.

Installation
Instructions on how to install my mod
- Download and extract the .zip file on this page.
- Open VLT-Ed or OGVI.
- Click on "File -> Open" and navigate to your game's root folder(select your .exe with OGVI). The game's database will load onto the screen.
- Click on "File -> Import -> ModScript" and navigate to the extracted mod folder.
- Import the ModScript (.nfsms file).
- After installing .nfsms file, click "File -> Save".
- Run the game, create a new save and enjoy!

nmd2003, Это ж лорный момент, пока Рэйзор не возглавил чёрный список на 1 месте был Джей Ви, 2й Вебстер и 3й Минг, а как известно с 3го места открываются все запчасти
