NoRubberbanding

This is my first ever mod with Binary, made in less than 5 minutes thanks to OpenAi
This should remove the Rubberbanding of the Opponents and bosses.
It can make the game less frustrating, or even... too easy.

Installation:
- Open Binary as an Admin
- Select User Mode
- Select the "ImportThisOne.end" file
- Select your game directory (ignore any errors)
- Save the file

Tools used:
- Binary by MaxHwoy
- OpenAI (for automating the tedious process)

Thanks a lot for the mod.
How did you change the “catch up” value?
I created a new launcher using Binary 2.8.3 within my NFS Underground installation folder.
My idea was, to find data regarding “Go Underground” races in GCareerRaces”, but no data is shown.
How did you change the "catch up"? And how would it be possible to change the A.I. skill to 9?
