Nissan GTR "Black Edition" Police Mod

A balanced overhaul of the cop GTR, this darkens the police wrap to appear more undercover and successfully turns the rims black completely (meaning they won't change back into their normal color when driving like most other texture swaps)
Improves the shift speed and overall acceleration of the car, this will put it towards the Countach level of speed without the drawbacks of wheelspin (car is awd) and will allow you to now keep up with OP cars like the Porsche Speedster and the Mercedes SL65.
Also includes an accurate R35 sound from Heat, and louder Turbo blow off sound. (Original Sound was reused V6 econobox garbage, probably recorded off someone's honda accord)
Changed Competitor sound as well so you will hear the new sound from any one else driving the car

REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR VEHICLE FILES BEFORE INSTALLING!!!

Installation Instructions:
To install the vehicle settings, copy VEH_383389_MS.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
To install the new sound, copy VEH_383389_EN.BIN and VEH_383389_ENCMP.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
From then on, you should be all set
