Heat-like nitrous

This mode will change the NOS kits to have more variety. Something like we have in NFS Heat.
It might not be very balanced, but this is a testing version.

Nitrous level 1 (low torque boost)

- kit 1: 1 bottle of nitrous, high capacity.
- kit 2: 2 bottles of nitrous, half the capacity each.
- kit 3: 3 bottles of nitrous, a third of the capacity each.

Nitrous level 2 (moderate torque boost)

- kit 1: 1 bottle of nitrous, high capacity.
- kit 2: 3 bottles of nitrous, a third of the capacity each.
- kit 3: 5 bottles of nitrous, a fifth of the capacity each.

Nitrous level 3 (high torque boost)

- kit 1: 1 bottle of nitrous, high capacity.
- kit 2: 4 bottles of nitrous, a fourth of the capacity each.
- kit 3: 6 bottles of nitrous, a sixth of the capacity each.

Nitrous level 4 (special kits)*

- kit 1 (drag nitrous): 1 bottle of nitrous.
- kit 2 (drift/grip nitrous): 6 bottles of nitrous, a third of the capacity each.
- kit 3 (speed challenge nitrous): 12 bottles of nitrous, a sixth of the capacity each.

All the kits have the same torque boost per level, the only difference is the number of bottles.

* All level 4 kits have high torque boost, a bit more than level 3, and double the capacity.

Installation:

1) Open VltEd (latest version recomended).
2) Import the script, hit "install".
3) Save the changes, and you're good to go.

Feel free to upload this mod wherever you like or include it in your mod, just don't forget to give me credit.
You can peek at the script and play with the values to tweak it to your liking.
