Damage Bar For Rivals+

This mod restores opponent car's damage bar which was removed in Rivals Plus mod by GrabussPC.

MAKE SURE THIS MOD IS BELOW RIVALS PLUS MOD. IT'LL BE OVERRIDEN BY PLUS MOD IF IT'S ABOVE.
