[NFSH] Cop Lights

This mod restores toggleable cop lights and siren for police cars.
Supproted cars:
- Ford Crown Victoria (Player and Cop)
- Dodge Charger SRT8
- Chevrolet Camaro Z28 Shaw
- Chevrolet Corvette GS Cop
- Armoured Truck RHINO
- Ford Explorer (Cop and Mercer)

Frosty Mod Manager is required to launch.
Use Gear Up button to toggle (default key - O).

Also O is the default key, but you may've remapped it, check what key is Gear Up for you

Creeper1226, what cop car did you buy? As not all of them are supported, for example, there are cop and player crown vic, only player one is supported
