Fixing Races (Most Wanted)

The modification fixes a lot of jambs in races, by type:

• No neon barriers.
• Directions of neon barriers.
• Incorrect location of the start or finish line.

Installation with VLTEd:

1 - Run VLTEd 4.6 as administrator.
2 - After "File - Open" and double-click on the folder where the game itself is located.
3 - Then "File - Import - Mod Script", double click race_fixes.nfsms.
4 - At the bottom right, click on "Install" and wait for the installation to complete.
5 - After installation, save the changes: "File - Save".

Installation with OGVI (Attribulator):

1 - Run OGVI.
2 - Click on GAME at the top and select Most Wanted.
3 - Open - double-click on the speed.exe.
4 - Then "File - Import ModScript", double click OGVI Race Fixes.nfsms.
5 - At the bottom right, click on "Import" and wait for the installation to complete.
6 - After installation, save the changes: "File - Save".

Can You remove ONLY collision for barriers ? Like Cops who drive through any locked area & any barrier in Race but they're still visible ? :)

@Lavidesimple 2.4.1 this is done on purpose, as I don't know how to fix the bug with percentages any other way, for the original barriers are the ones that break those percentages

race_bin_08/9_4_1_r_tollbooth: The finish line, upon reaching the end, is incorrectly placed on the map display. Just letting you know, not sure if you changed it on Blacklist 8 obviusly. That is the 7/7 circuit.
