Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution V
Converted from: Initial D Arcade Stage (I don't know which one to be exact)
Tuning:
- Body kits: 12 of them, some of them are slightly different variations of each other, but it should be good with everyone's tastes
- Spoilers: Vanilla + includes 7 extra spoilers, exclusive of this car
- Rims: Yes. All of them.
- Hoods: Six including stock, every hood can be converted to carbon
- Roof Scoops: Yes. They don't really matter, but I just wanted to have this for the car to be as customizable as possible.
- Side Mirrors: Stock + 3 extras
- Attachments:
-- Slot 1: Roll cage
-- Slot 2: Mudflaps
-- Slot 3: Works-R decal (So you can make a proper recreation of Eiji Kamiya's Lancer Evolution V from Wangan Midnight)
-- Slot 4: Exhaust tips
-- Slot 5: Rally lights
-- Slot 6: Hood pins
- Vinyls: Everything plus 5 extras:
-- Mine's: A vinyl made to resemble the Mine's Lancer Evolution V.
-- WRC #1: A recreation of Tommi Makinen's livery for the 1998 WRC.
-- WRC #2: A recreation of Richard Burns' livery for the 1998 WRC.
-- Winfield: The legendary Winfield livery in all its uncensored glory (No Gran Turismo 2 censoring stuff).
-- Awesome Osaka: The livery of the leader of the NO LOSER team from Street Supremacy.
(All of these can be found in the Custom section of vinyls, you need to use Unlimiter V4)
- The rest (Except body decals, you can still apply decals to the windshield and rear window)
Features:
- Unlocked after proving Izzy that owning an RX-8 ain't a good idea (In other words, unlocked after defeating Izzy).
- Vanilla driver from Need for Speed Most Wanted.
- Working taillights on/off textures.
- Brakes and License Plates sections already active, in the case you have mods for those installed.
- Custom performance, based on the performance of the Lancer Evolution VIII.
Known issues:
- Vinyls' UV mapping is not the best since at the time of making the mod, I didn't know how to do UV mapping correctly. However, it's not really noticeable with the exception of some body vinyls.
- No body decals cause it consumes time and the car model is different than that of Black Box's. Might be fixed in a future update though.
- Please report if any other issues are seen.
Installation:
The installation instructions are listed on the "Readme.txt" file.

Changelog:
- V1 (12/02/2023): Initial Release
- V1.1 (06/03/2023): Did some stuff. Here's a list:
-- The order of the body kits has been altered. It's more sensical now.
-- Exhaust Tips are no longer dependant of body kits and have been moved to a separate attachment slot so you can choose which one you want to use.
-- The hood with the rally lights has been removed.
-- And that's because said lights are now available in a separate attachment slot! You can now have them with any hood you desire and also convert them to carbon fiber if you want!
-- Two hoods had pins that were dependant on the hoods, so I removed them from the hoods and moved them to a separate attachment slot, so you can use them on any hood of your choice.
(Still no body decals sadly)
- V1.499 (16/08/2023):
-- Fixed the logo and string bug, caused by a mistake in the Binary Installer.
-- Added Unlimiter V4 support.
-- Added Carbon Fibre variants of mirrors.
-- Added a chrome variant of the roll cage.
-- Added a black interior and made it the stock interior (The original black and blue interior has been kept as a tuning option).
-- Added the Speedline hood, made by MatiTheMudkip.
-- Added Attribulator Support.
-- The textures of the car itself have been overhauled.
- V1.4991 (25/06/2026):
-- Greatly improved the mod's description.
-- Unified the Binary installer. It will ask you which vinyls quality you have installed in your game so it can put the correct vinyl file in the game files.
-- Added OGVI support. (Despite it being based on Attribulator, OGVI works differently than Attribulator).
-- Opened up the Custom Vinyls section so you can select and install the Extra vinyls on your car.
(Body decals still missing soz)

Ok so I think it may be a problem with the installer? Binary's error log lists the language and secondary logo as "Default" for some reasonI managed to fix the secondary logo problem by manually adding it via TexEd, but I'm not sure how to add the language file

Apart from the weird model, I'm happy that one of my fav Evo chassis' is in the the game. Only one problem; it shows as secondary logo doesn't seem to work

The car should unlock after making Big Lou leave the chat(,) instead.
