As an effort in doubling the power to catch up with the street racers and to reduce the response time. Dodge introduced the Viper with specifications fitted for law enforcement use, a perfect opportunity to bite back those who dared to oppose the RPD.

-Inspired by the unfinished police Viper from the PS2/Wii port of NFS Undercover

@V4r1en7er, you can do that by opening VltEd, then adjust the settings to your liking in "pursuitlevels".
