Installation Instructions:
To install the vehicle settings, copy VEH_1065267_MS.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
To install the new sounds, copy VEH_1065267_EN.BIN and VEH_1065267_ENCMP.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
From then on, you should be all set

UPDATE:
Fixed missing 'Huarya R' livery
Fixed improper shaders/lack of normal mapped textures
Fixed wheel constraint issue
Lowered the car audio by more than half (no more ear rape yay)
Rebalanced the car performance
Fixed the lights (or more like properly added them)
Removed damage positions (lights and stuff shouldn't be off center now when the car is damaged)
I did want to make a updated sound, but literally can't be bothered to spend hours fine tuning it. So it is left unchanged.
Bugs: Yellow exhaust part is acting a bit weird. You'll know what I mean when you install the car.

@Rameaulio the super sports pack is integrated in HPR, so unless you're a moron who installed it on HP10, you already have the car.
