Federal Cruiser - VRT Livery
Replaces the Heat level 5 "Federal" Cruiser's white RPD livery with a black livery inspired by the FBI's Vehicle Response Team (VRT), which appears in NFS Rivals.
Now your Federal Cruiser will actually look like it belongs to federal law enforcement.
Features two resolution options: 1024px and 2048px

INSTALLATION==============================================
Requirements: NFS-TexEd by nfsu360
Step 0. Create a backup of your COPSPORTHENCH or COPSPORTGHOST folder located in the CARS folder
Step 1. Extract the contents of the .zip file.
Step 2. Launch TexEd as Administrator.
Step 3. Click File=>Open.
Step 4. Find your NFS Most Wanted game folder. Then go to CARS>COPSPORTHENCH/COPSPORTGHOST and select the TEXTURES.bin file. Click Open.
Step 5. Find and double click COPSPORTHENCH_SKIN1/COPSPORTGHOST_SKIN1
Step 6. Go to wherever you extracted the .zip file and select your prefered variant and resolution.
Step 7. Click File=>Save.

@hiddenmask58 Because the Enforcer class cars in Rivals also had QR codes on either the hood or doors. In Rivals they linked to needforspeed.com but I instead just set it to the unit number.
