Federal Cruiser VRT Livery for Need for Speed Most Wanted (2005)

Replaces the Heat level 5 Federal Cruiser's white RPD livery with a black livery inspired by the FBI's Vehicle Response Team (VRT), which appears in NFS Rivals.

Features two resolution options: 1024px and 2048px

Ver 1.1: Changed base color to be more accurate to Rivals; added vehicle number on the roof and mirrored "POLICE" text on the front bumper
Ver 1.2: Added "Ghost" variant intended for Undercover Corvette
Ver 2.0: Overhauled livery from scratch to better resemble the original NFS Rivals inspiration; Removed Ghost variant; added precompiled TEXTURE.BIN files for fast installation.
Ver 2.1: Minor changes to the texture

INSTALLATION============================================

Step 0. Create a backup of the COPSPORTHENCH folder located in your game's CARS folder
Step 1. Extract the contents of the .zip file.
Step 2. Choose your preferred resolution and copy the CARS folder into your NFS Most Wanted folder. Overwrite when asked.

I've alternatively also included the raw dds files. These require basic knowledge with either Texed or Binary in modder mode to install, but are compatible with other mods such as police rework.
This method should also be compatible with NFS Carbon (not tested).

@hiddenmask58 Because the Enforcer class cars in Rivals also had QR codes on either the hood or doors. In Rivals they linked to needforspeed.com but I instead just set it to the unit number.
