State Cruiser - State Patrol Livery
Gives the Pontiac GTO State Cruiser a all new white and blue State Patrol Livery inspired by NFS Hot Pursuit 2010.
Now your "State" Cruiser will actually look the part.
Features three variants: Blue (white body with blue stripes), Silver (seen in thumbnail) and "Black Edition" (white body with black stripes)
All come with two resolution options: 1024px and 2048px

Ver 1.1: Changed font and decreased the size of the door shield
Ver 1.2: Added new silver variant. Also switched the area around the license plate to secondary color like on the vanilla texture.

INSTALLATION==============================================
Requirements: NFS-TexEd by nfsu360
Step 0. Create a backup of your COPGTO folder located in the CARS folder
Step 1. Extract the contents of the .zip file.
Step 2. Launch TexEd as Administrator.
Step 3. Click File=>Open.
Step 4. Find your NFS Most Wanted game folder. Then go to CARS>COPGTO and select the TEXTURES.bin file. Click Open.
Step 5. Find and double click COPGTO_SKIN1
Step 6. Go to wherever you extracted the .zip file and select your prefered variant.
Step 7. Click File=>Save.
Technically also works on the Undercover GTO (COPGTOGHOST), if you wanna use it that way.

@tanphi665 Unlikely to happen soon as I want to preserve compatability with other cop car texture mods such as Rework. Plus I don't have a vanilla copy of the game rn so I couldn't make a full TEXTURE.BIN even if I wanted to.
