Binary Installation
1) Download and Install NFSMW Unlimiter v4.0.0.803
2) Download Binary v2.8.3
3) Run Binary as administrator. Click -> "User" -> select Setup_Binary.end script -> select your NFSMW directory -> "Install"

Why all neon's white? all neon's after 23, but maybe because the first 23 are bundled with unlimited v4
