Binary Installation
1) Download and Install NFSMW Unlimiter v4.0.0.803
2) Download Binary v2.8.3
3) Run Binary as administrator. Click -> "User" -> select Setup_Binary.end script -> select your NFSMW directory -> "Install"

One question, I have unlimiter 4 installed but why aren't the neon lights activated?If anyone can help me solve this small problem. Thank you
