Binary Installation
1) Download and Install NFSMW Unlimiter v4.0.0.803
2) Download Binary v2.8.3
3) Run Binary as administrator. Click -> "User" -> select Setup_Binary.end script -> select your NFSMW directory -> "Install"

Man, I have a question, all type of neons after the pulse category are only available as white color. Any suggestion?
