This mod removes 299 cap from every car in the game (excl. some cop cars). Use Frosty Mod Manager to apply this mod

Sorry guys, if you're waiting for the mod updates - I published this mod 7 years ago and not planning to update it. If I remember correctly - there are mods similar to mine that do the same thing
