Porsche GT2RS Turbo Fix

This mod fixes the missing turbo sounds on the GT2 RS Racer and Cop variants

REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR VEHICLE FILES BEFORE INSTALLING!!!

Installation Instructions:
To install the new sound, copy the EN.BIN file from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old files
From then on, you should be all set

DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH CAR PERFORMANCE AT ALL!

I was going to remove the garbage transmission whine, but that would involve modifying the car file itself, and then people will assume the car has modded performance.
Is compatible with ANY car that is on the GT2 (meaning you can use your modified wraps/setups if you want)
