NEED FOR SPEED UNBOUND - BETA CONTENT
Version 1.14

This mod attempts to restore some of the beta content, mainly lighting presets.

Key changes:

• Cut midday lighting preset, replica of which replaces Morning
  
• Beta Morning & Overcast lighting presets
  
• Placeholder Excalibur license plate which replaces default one
  
• Supposedly placeholder Excalibur loading screen
  
• 2020 prototype tag effect (aka cartoony smoke, etc) which replaces default one "Witness Me"
  
• Beta red vibrant crash effect
