This mod simply repack all Blacklist and some special bonus vinyls from Need for Speed Most Wanted '05 ported to Need for Speed Carbon by Desanosan24 (DsanDesign).

Install procedure inside the mod archive.

They work... sorta. I had to find another guide on the same subject, but the first problem was not having "GENERIC_" before the name in TexEd. Could use to specify that in the instructions. Now they're... present... kinda. Like the exterior car model itself is missing, interior present. and the vinyls are sorta... floating there. If I change the format to DXT1, they work properly, but in REALLY low quality. DXT3 or 5 and it's broken again.

Replacing works just fine, though.
