- SkipNIS (you can modify in the config file 0 = disabled | 1 = enabled)
- SkipMovies (you can modify in the config file 0 = disabled | 1 = enabled)
- UnlockAllThings (you can modify in the config file 0 = disabled | 1 = enabled)
- ShowAllCarsInFE (you can modify in the config file 0 = disabled | 1 = enabled)
- MusicToSkip (you can modify in the config file 1 = Licensed Music | 2 = Canyon Music)
- You can enable/disable the Rain by pressing F3 in game
- You can enable/disable the Fog by pressing F6 in game
- You can decrease your heat level by pressing F4 in game
- You can increase your heat level by pressing F5 in game
- You can enable/disable Auto Drive by pressing F7 in game
- You can enable/disable Debug Camera by pressing BACKSPACE in game
- You can enable/disable Drift Mode by pressing K in game
- You can skip the music by pressing T in game
- You can change the keys for the above features in the config file

Didn't you just take the ExtraOptions, and edit the options to leave just these?
