Fixing Races (Carbon)

This modification fixes joints with missing barriers, spawn cops in pursuit for challenge series, etc.

Installation:
1. Run NFS VLTEd 4.6 as an administrator.
• "File - Open" and select the folder with the game.
• "File - Import - ModScript" (or press Ctrl + I) and select "race_fixes".
• Click on Install. After successful installation "File - Save" (or press Ctrl + S).
