I think I found a solution:In the HD effects notepad activate the cinematic mode function from 0 to 1.
It has worked for me that the black stripes do not appear and then it crashes. (sorry for the english)

Maybe you can try to talk witht he guy who made the Rockport mod ? If you make a map pack with him there would be no compatibility issues.

I'll try what needforspeed12345 said but last time, I had the same problem. No issue the first time I go there, but from now on the game crashes when I approach the area. I'll give it another try today.

It's really weird, when I got there first time ,everything is OK, but after i accidentally driving out of the map, game crashed.After I re-overwrote the map mod and restarting the game, I drove towards this area,game still crashed.Regardless of the direction, the game crashes as soon as i see the entrance
set on lowest geometry setting doesn't working.
btw,thanks for what you have done.
