updated some settings and added the famed mw12 sound as a option.

REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR VEHICLE FILES BEFORE INSTALLING!!!

Installation Instructions:
To install the vehicle settings, copy VEH_97331_MS.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
To install the new sounds, copy VEH_97331_EN.BIN and VEH_97331_ENCMP.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
From then on, you should be all set

UPDATE 2:
Added the JDM V3 x HPR E&E Version, since it's getting cut for the Veneno. Car has better performance but still balanced and usable in online. No custom cam for this one, and the sound settings are set up for the mw12 sound file.
