Lamborghini Sesto Elemento Cop Fix

This mod aims to balance the broken Police Sesto by fixing the improper shifting and complete lack of speed on highways (something criterion should've fixed from the start)

This mod features:
Retweaked upshift rpm values (no more shortshifting)
fixed shift speed
fixed engine sound
fixed top end speed (now can keep 225 like every other cop car, instead of dying out at 215)
retweaked engine stats (just so it can hold 225)
blacked out police wrap

REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR VEHICLE FILES BEFORE INSTALLING!!!

Installation Instructions:
To install the vehicle settings, copy VEH_1111597_MS.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
To install the new sound, copy VEH_1111597_EN.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old file
From then on, you should be all set

Update: Fixed a bug where the performance buff would apply to the racer sesto due to a ids issue. This has now been fixed. Contact me on discord if it persists.
