Need for Speed The Run: Definitive Edition

This mod improves various game textures to make it look more appealing on modern-day computers, includes things such as:

8K and 16K HDRI skyboxes
4K Unreal Engine 5 lens dirt textures
New and improved game world fog
New high-resolution UI background textures
New high-resolution UI elements
Improved vinyls
Improved and upscaled character textures

Version requirement:
Any version will work but 1.1.0.0 is recommended

Known bugs:

When alt-tabbing, if the game window loses focus, it won't get its focus back. It's a bug when Special K is injected into Frostbite engine games. Might be fixed in the future (by SK's team)

5) And the icing on the cake, which made me give up on this mod: it turns out the SK injector doesn't even inject textures into the game. The description says that all files need to be installed in the game's directory, but in reality, the SK Res folder needs to be placed in your documents after the first launch of the game with the d3d11 file. And lo and behold, the textures will be injected.

4) And I thought that point 3 wouldn't happen to me so often, as I'm constantly encountering mountain races and finding it impossible to play them at all; the game simply freezes when it hands over control. From that point on, I started digging deeper and even tried different builds of the game (Khatab, Dikprition, Sanek77), but none of them worked. I was beginning to think the problem was with the Russian localization, since all the videos show the game in English, but no such luck; the game still crashes

3) Constant crashes during certain races, and I encountered this during stage 4 of the game. The last two races are unbeatable with the mod, no matter what I do. The biggest problem was the inability to close the game... I had to restart my PC, enable Task Manager with the task manager set to always be on top of all windows, and then try to play the races myself several times to get back to the original game and complete them there.
