Disable Billboard Camera

This mod disable the camera change that occurs when you break through a billboard.

Everyone is free to use my changes as they wish. Integrate them into other mods, change it more if you find better settings, etc.

Install using Frosty Mod Manager. I've included the fbproject file in the archive with the mod.
