NFSMW Realistic Performance

This is a simple mod that aims to improve the performance stats of every car to make them closer to the real life.
Installation: Open VltEd 4.6/OGVI 1.3, Import ModScript and select install.nfsms or ogvi_install.nfsms.
Uninstallation: Make a backup before installing, then restore backups after installing the mod.

@alexdivi96 I didn't deleted any sounds from NFS Carbon, however I'll include every sound from the NFS Carbon PC version in the next ACSP update.
