This is a simple mod that aims to improve the performance stats of every car to make them closer to the real life.
Installation: Open VltEd 4.6/OGVI 1.3, Import ModScript and select install.nfsms or ogvi_install.nfsms.
Uninstallation: Make a backup before installing, then restore backups after installing the mod.
