This used to be my old mod in Jan 14th 2021 released in NFSAddons and was never been updated for 3 years because I used AJ_Lethal's High Stakes model before id_daemon made a tool for ripping PGR3/4 models and replace with it.

Just use Binary as User mode and ARCHIE's OGVI to install the mod
