NFS Undercover - Porsche 911 VTA 'Speed Machine' Performance mod

This mod makes it so that the Porsche 911 VTA has the performance stats from the 911 GT2 Speed Machine from UC 1.0.1.18, when fully upgraded.

Prerequisite: In NFS Vlted 4.6, you'll have to make the 911 VTA playable by going to car_list - fe_carlist, then press ctrl + Z to edit fields, then change the 'StockCars' value from 59 to 60, and then for slot (59), put in pvehicle for 'Class' and por_911_vta_08 for 'Collection'
