Enhanced Pursuit Dynamics

Summary of modifications:

• "Aivehicle" Data: I adjusted the speed and acceleration of patrol cars so they don’t fall behind so quickly.
  
  
• "Ecar" Data: I fixed some minor details, like the camera type used by copsuvl vehicles.
  
  
• "Pursuitlevels" Data: I rebalanced the difficulty of the pursuits. Now the progression is more consistent and new units appear at each heat level, including more SUVs and new tactical formations.
  
  
• "Pursuitsupport" Data: Support is now more aggressive. You’ll see helicopters and SUVs more frequently and with more intensity.
  
  
• "Pvehicle" Data: I made some small tweaks, like changing the weight of heavy vehicles and modifying some sounds.
  

Extras:

• I modified the fields in the nodes so others can edit the mod more easily if they want to.
  
  
• I also included an uninstaller that restores everything to how it was before the mod was installed (it restores the game’s original data).
  

How To Install:

• 1) Download NFS-VltEd v4.6 or newer.
  
• 2) Launch NFS-VltEd.
  
• 3) File -> Import -> ModScript -> Enhanced_Pursuit_Dynamics_NFSMW.nfsms
  
• 4) Read the options, select what you want, and install.
  
• 5) File -> save.
  

Installation options:

• Easy: Slightly better than the original, but still fairly simple.
  
  
• Normal: More challenging and fun. Ideal if you want to replay Most Wanted.
  
  
• Hard: Now this is a real challenge. Recommended if you're already a veteran of the game.
  
  
• Original: Uninstalls the mod.
  

Things to keep in mind:

• 1) You must start a new game for the mod to work correctly.
  
  
• 2) Read carefully what the installer says, and if you have any questions, ask in the comments.
