M3 GTR Sound Mod

This is a sound fix that literally everyone has been asking for that goes along with the currently available M3 GTR
It also has sound setting options, but since I don't have permission from dgi to edit his mod (and likely never will since he never answers anyone) I can't post the audio and performance fixes on nfsmods. You will have to download it from my discord.
Sound is the TVR_Cerb sound from mw05, with the whine taken from the Viper ACR, since the E92 apparently never had transmission whine in the sound file

REMEMBER TO BACK UP YOUR VEHICLE FILES BEFORE INSTALLING!!!

Installation Instructions:
To install the new sounds, copy VEH_292004_EN.BIN from the mod folder into your Hot Pursuit Remastered VEHICLES folder and replace the old files
From then on, you should be all set

If you want to install the sound audio settings and other performance fixes I made, you will have to get the file from the discord linked below.
