Performance port from most wanted to carbon and Enhancement Mod

This is quickfix update. Detailed description is now in installer.

Seems few people found confusing while installing script. So i have included an installer.

Basically this mod imports performance values from most wanted. Also it includes some fixes by me such as every car unlocks offline, gto upgradable, drivable traffic, etc.

IF YOU WANT UPGRADABLE M3, USE UNLOCKALLTHINGS AND BUY THE M3 HAVING HIGHEST HANDLING RATING.

I would like to hear your feedback on this.

Esta muy bueno el mod pero no me agrada los atributos del MW los coches corren demasiado lo cual hace cas imposible tomar bien una curva algun parche para volver los atributos de los autos a los normales del carbon
