NFSPS Gear Efficiency Fix

This mod fixes the low gear efficiency values for some cars.
This was meant to be an another realistic performance mod for NFSPS but it ultimately got cancelled.
The reason is, the performance stats in NFSPS are so screwed up that I was too lazy to fix it and it simply didn't worth the time.
This was only tested in v1.1, if you have v1.0, you'll probably see some script errors, just ignore them.

Clearly, ProStreet came out half-baked; it has so many bugs, and fixing them is a hassle.
