NFSPS Realistic Performance

This is a simple realistic performance mod for NFSPS.
This also includes my gear efficiency fix script on it.
This was only tested in v1.1, if you have v1.0, you'll probably see some script errors, just ignore them.

Install: Open up OGVI v1.4 (or newer), File, Import ModScript, choose install.nfsms, import and then save with Ctrl+S. VltEd is not supported and I'll NOT implement VltEd support by any time. VltEd is obsolete and corrupts your game files.
Uninstall: Make a backup before installation, then restore backups to uninstall the mod.
You're free to use this mod in your modpacks as long as you put me in the credits.

@MisfortuneSeven You can try to reduce the TORQUE MinY and MaxY values to reduce bottom and peak torque values. If you have a Discord, feel free to give any recommendations about the overall balance of the cars.

Tried it now and I feel like the cars all have Pepega Edition levels of power at max perf. Wondering if there's a way to tone them down a bit.

@MisfortuneSeven It tries to fix some cars that doesn't have engine & weight reduction upgrades, as well as putting accurate values for torque, mass & gear ratios from real life. Even though I changed some of the cars' gear ratios to make them actually playable, like some cars has shorter gears compared to real life & some cars has a longer final gear ratio (i.e. Chevy Chevelle). I'll also try to balance the cars & tiers as time goes on, because the vanilla car tiers are so useless & doesn't mean anything.

is this also a rebalance patch?
