Overhauled Handling

This mod significantly enhances the core driving dynamics of NFS 2015, with a focus on both Grip and Drift setups. Cars become more predictable, responsive, and enjoyable to control, while various performance aspects have been reworked for a more refined experience.

Improvements:

Tires:[/b]
Grip and Drift tires now behave as expected — Grip tires deliver true traction for high-speed cornering, while Drift tires allow smoother and more controlled lateral slides.

Braking:
Brake pressure and bias have been fine-tuned to improve stopping power and cornering stability.

Aerodynamics:
Downforce and drag have been rebalanced — favoring quicker corner exits or higher top speed depending on your tuning direction.

Steering:
Increased steering angle and faster response allow for sharper, more confident inputs in all driving styles.

Suspension:
New Grip and Drift suspensions were added improving the most sober driving configuration

SwayBar:
Improves car roll and sideslip for Drift or Grip conditions.

Differential:
Now affects both grip and drift setups, enhancing traction and balance during acceleration and deceleration.

Turbo:
More different types of turbos/supercharger were added for all categories

Overhauled Handling Preview

Install it:

1. Get the latest version of Frosty Mod Manager from here
2. Open it, click on 'New' and select NFS15's .exe file (NFS16.exe)
3. Click on 'Import Mod(s) and import the .fbmod files
4. Apply the imported mods
5. Launch the game

BUG
V1.68: A bug in the drift system was fixed where, when entering at a specific angle, the vehicle would abruptly gain excessive speed. With the modification, drift initiation now maintains a stable and consistent transition, eliminating the abnormal acceleration behavior.

The grip handling is indeed finally feels sharp and fast, but everything else looks completely broken. Default oddities like sliding and almost strafing cars during drift, sudden gain of grip after hitting handbrake while drifting, cars that continue to turn on their own after exiting the turn, everything seems even worse than vanilla to me. Even that fixed bug in v1.68 I've sometimes encountered. I tried different settings and about five different cars, with no any other handling mods enabled

Hi @wackygoose Mods in NFS 2015 work with Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.6.2. The game is always online even if you choose "play solo", and you don’t need any cracked version to use mods (there isn’t even a crack for this game since it’s online-only).
